I think that there are a lot of good things about this apartment however some of the people that live here are nit so friendly especially those with pets when it comes to common decency

This is honestly a really nice place to live! I love the location, the amenities are super nice, and the package room is pretty secure. The only thing is that it’s a bit difficult to find a parking spot on my floor sometimes and trash pickup is a little confusing, but overall this a great place to live!!

The new leasing office crew does a fantastic job organizing community events and keeping up with resident needs. The fitness center has a nice sliding door that makes it a nice open concept.

love living here, great atmosphere, good vibes. love how close to campus we are and how close down town and SOHO are. I recommend living here if you like these places.

Clean facilities and friendly apartment staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Aren’t overbearing and micromanaging, which is really nice. Overall 4 stars.

Jade has been super great this year. Everything is always clean and nice looking. The pool is always maintained well and so is the gym. I love loving here.

This apartment is always so helpful, clean and well managed. The pool is always clean and I love how they provide free coffee! I love the app because you can use it to get into the elevators and doors

The Jade has the best staff! It’s a beautiful clean safe community. We love it here! Location is perfect. Maintenance team is very helpful and quick to respond. They all go over and above to take care of their Jade family.

Love living here just sad rent it going up, but everything is great. Never had any problems so far and been here over a year now. Love that everything is new. Staff is really nice too!

The building is beautiful and so are the apartments inside. The staff is really helpful and doesn't take longer to answer you. The location is excellent, and the amenities are good, but the gym could improve by adding more equipment to it.

My only knock so far is that we put in a service request for window screens, it was closed to complete but we still don’t have screens. We’ve been living here for almost a year.

I love my community, it’s amazing! Everyone has been friendly and super nice. I enjoy that it’s quiet and how people aren’t super loud. Also love how pets are allowed!

Great place. The trash always smells up the hallway though. The parking is great but the reserved spots are kind of random all of a sudden because they took all year and then finally said it.

The apartment community is great! The pool is relaxing and well kept. The resident lounge is big and the study room space is awesome for the college residents. I enjoy spending time in the gym, but the lack of certain machines and equipment is unfortunate. Overall, this community is very welcoming and I am very happy with my choice in living here.

Great place to live! Close to campus and really nice! They are really good about returning your phone calls and making sure you are happy! The only thing is the pool doesn’t get much sun!

I have had a great experience at jade and the maitenance guy lawrence is super helpful. The front desk ladies are always pleasant and the complex is always clean.

I absolutely love it here, it is a great community and there is very few problems, I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. The rooms are beautiful and so is the courtyard, as well as the staff is helpful and informative

Jade is a great place to live! Pool, common area and gym are great and it’s close to the University of Tampa and Hyde Park. Everything is clean and brand new in the apartment.

Staff is both cool and efficient, the common areas are always clean, and both the pool and the gym are top notch. You can see that Lincoln doesn’t cut corners on its amenities. I appreciate that.

Such a great place to live. Very close to downtown and other resources. It is quiet, the amenities are great and useful, and the office managers are very helpful.

Awesome place to live! Super clean and great amenities. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is close to University of Tampa. Nice restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance

I love everything. The apartment is perfect and I never have any noise issues. Great neighbors and super close walk to school. I just wish the pool got sun I can never use it. Everything else is great

My resident experience had been good but not the best unfortunately. Due to the building being new I feel as though they are a bit disorganized. Could speak more on this but it would be too long!

It has been great thus far. I have been to see and talk to a lot of new people. Our community has a lot of student due to the close proximity to University of Tampa, but it has been as noisy as I would assume a community with college student would have been.

Have only had one maintenance hiccup since living here, but was mostly due to conflicting schedules. My second maintenance request was handled very quickly and I have not had any issues since. Sarah with the office staff is always very nice and helpful!

I really do enjoy living at the Jade at North Hyde Park. The building was designed beautifully and it is a short distance to my school and internship. I love the club house that they made and how nicely they designed it

very pretty and nice layout. walls are paper thin i can hear the people above us 24/7. the amenities took forget to finish and there’s still more construction.

So far so good. Very close to work and everything there is to do in downtown. Great location. The pizza across the street is the best pizza in Tampa by far!

The Apartment is very new and still in progress but so far I am liking what I am seeing. I really enjoy my apartment. It is very quiet and the location is very good to go walking and finding restaurants.

It has been generally good, but since the pool still isn’t open I feel that we shouldn’t have to pay the full amenities cost. I also think they need to be more consistent with picking up trash.

I love Jade At North Hyde Park. It feels like home. The gym is very nice and the lounge looks great to study in. When the pool opens i will be there everyday!

The whole complex is beautiful! It’s a great space and I really enjoy living here! The Jade is in a great location and is close to everything. Kitchen is beautiful and so are all of the rooms!

Jade at North Hyde Park is an amazing place to call home. The floor plans are great and the amenities are top notch. Walking distance to Riverwalk - Straz Center - Post Office and Muesums.

Jade At North Hyde Park is amazing. I have never felt more at home in an apartment. I love all of the features it has such as the pool, it’s own parking garage, etc!
