It’s a very clean community with lots of fun events! As a college student, I also love the study rooms in the community area, and the office is very helpful with switching people on and off the lease in a timely manner.

Nice apartment, great amenities, great location, and wonderful staff. They are always helpful and willing to assist in helping you out whenever needed. Apartment area is nice, but could be kept a little cleaner.

Love it here. The leasing office is very nice and helpful. Don’t have too many issues with noise, but sometimes my upstairs neighbors are loud.

Good place to live for college students. Not sure I'd recommend for older potential residents due to noise and demographics but I haven't had many problems. Safety and pool could be majorly improved, as well as community events. Aside from that and some minor things I love it!

Overall nice apartment. I wish the gym had more equipment. A dog park would be nice as well if added but there is areas to walk your dog. The location is right next to UT so younger demographic.

I love living at Jade! The leasing office staff have been so nice and helpful if I need anything! The units are brand new & in the perfect location. There are so many things walking distance including the river walk. Definitely recommend living here.

the jade is a very nice apartment complex. amazing if you love walking. great restaurants nearby, including being close to the city. in a quiet not too busy area, just depends on the day.

Great place to live! Love the amenities and community events. Located within walking distance to everything you need. The team could not be better from the office staff to the maintenance staff. Feels like family here.

I love the Jade apartment community. The ladies in the leasing office are always available to help, and the maintenance workers are hilarious and always fix our problems quickly! The community activities are my favorite, from the Thanksgiving dinner to the poolside cookout, Jade is always a good time!

I think that there are a lot of good things about this apartment however some of the people that live here are nit so friendly especially those with pets when it comes to common decency

This is honestly a really nice place to live! I love the location, the amenities are super nice, and the package room is pretty secure. The only thing is that it’s a bit difficult to find a parking spot on my floor sometimes and trash pickup is a little confusing, but overall this a great place to live!!

The new leasing office crew does a fantastic job organizing community events and keeping up with resident needs. The fitness center has a nice sliding door that makes it a nice open concept.

Love living here just sad rent it going up, but everything is great. Never had any problems so far and been here over a year now. Love that everything is new. Staff is really nice too!

The building is beautiful and so are the apartments inside. The staff is really helpful and doesn't take longer to answer you. The location is excellent, and the amenities are good, but the gym could improve by adding more equipment to it.

My only knock so far is that we put in a service request for window screens, it was closed to complete but we still don’t have screens. We’ve been living here for almost a year.

I love my community, it’s amazing! Everyone has been friendly and super nice. I enjoy that it’s quiet and how people aren’t super loud. Also love how pets are allowed!

Great place. The trash always smells up the hallway though. The parking is great but the reserved spots are kind of random all of a sudden because they took all year and then finally said it.

The apartment community is great! The pool is relaxing and well kept. The resident lounge is big and the study room space is awesome for the college residents. I enjoy spending time in the gym, but the lack of certain machines and equipment is unfortunate. Overall, this community is very welcoming and I am very happy with my choice in living here.

Great place to live! Close to campus and really nice! They are really good about returning your phone calls and making sure you are happy! The only thing is the pool doesn’t get much sun!

Jade is a great place to live! Pool, common area and gym are great and it’s close to the University of Tampa and Hyde Park. Everything is clean and brand new in the apartment.

Staff is both cool and efficient, the common areas are always clean, and both the pool and the gym are top notch. You can see that Lincoln doesn’t cut corners on its amenities. I appreciate that.

Such a great place to live. Very close to downtown and other resources. It is quiet, the amenities are great and useful, and the office managers are very helpful.

It has been great thus far. I have been to see and talk to a lot of new people. Our community has a lot of student due to the close proximity to University of Tampa, but it has been as noisy as I would assume a community with college student would have been.

Have only had one maintenance hiccup since living here, but was mostly due to conflicting schedules. My second maintenance request was handled very quickly and I have not had any issues since. Sarah with the office staff is always very nice and helpful!

very pretty and nice layout. walls are paper thin i can hear the people above us 24/7. the amenities took forget to finish and there’s still more construction.

The Apartment is very new and still in progress but so far I am liking what I am seeing. I really enjoy my apartment. It is very quiet and the location is very good to go walking and finding restaurants.

It has been generally good, but since the pool still isn’t open I feel that we shouldn’t have to pay the full amenities cost. I also think they need to be more consistent with picking up trash.

Jade at North Hyde Park is an amazing place to call home. The floor plans are great and the amenities are top notch. Walking distance to Riverwalk - Straz Center - Post Office and Muesums.
